“All her prayaers were answered.”
Monica lived in Northeastern Algeria in the early and mid 300’s A.D. Her family was Christian, but her husband of an arranged marriage to a Roman official was a pagan who would not allow any of their three children to be baptized. Augustine was the oldest of the three . This caused great grief to Monica who chose to pray and intercede for many years with sobs and tears as she poured out here prayers to God. Monica also chose to assist the poor as a means of serving God. When Augustine moved to Milan, Italy, Monica moved there as well continuing to pray and assist the poor. It was then in Milan that Augustine met Ambrose, the Bishop of Milan. Through the evangelization of Anbrose, Augustine was finally baptized at age 33. Also Monica’s husband and other two children were baptized as well. All Monica’s prayers were answered.
The mission of St. Monica’s Guild is to establish, support and promote the development of a global consecrated community of intercessors and evangelists, with our focus on loved ones who are currently away from the faith and we also pray for the priesthood. We regularly pray that all will participate in the sacraments of the Church so as to live a life of faith and one day enter the gates of Heaven.
For women, we have women of St. Monica, for men we have “St. Joseph’s Warriors,” and for youth aged 14-19 we have “St. Al’s All Stars.”
St Al’s All Stars has two sub groups which are “Fatima’s Fearless” for children aged 5 to 11 (usually led by a parent) and also Dr. Carol’s Companions for ages 12 to 19.
Come take your place. We look forward to joining with you in prayer!

(5) What challenges did I face this week?”
The Disciple Groups meetings are where you experience spiritual growth, genuine community, and these meetings will become your favorite time of the month or the week. YOU can start now.
Just as Jesus Christ, our High Priest, ever lives to make intercession for us, so we are consecrated to Jesus through Mary using the Brown Scapular, the Miraculous Medal and the teaching of St. Louis De Montfort. You too can come and live a consecrated life within a community of like-minded and like-hearted believers. We wear the Brown Scapular and the Miraculous Medal as a sort of “uniform” to remine us of who we are and what we are committed to.

Every member of St Monica’s Guild may register the names of Loved Ones onto The Wall of Remembrance. Every member of the Guild prays several times each day for every person registered on the Wall.
“Righteous Prayer avails Much…”

All the names of those persons who have been enrolled by our memners are placed upon our Wall of Remembrance and then every member of the Guild prays several times each day for every person on the wall.
In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. This day I pledge myself to live as a consecrated disciple of Jesus Christ in St. Monica’s Guild. This day and every day I will pray for lost souls, and I will share the good news of Jesus as the Holy Spirit leads. May God’s Kingdom come and his will be done in me on earth as it is in Heaven.
1. In this fallen world, God loves you just as you are and wants you to know and experience his love for you.
2. In Jesus Christ you can come to know and experience God and his love for you.
3. Jesus will give you the gift of the Holy Spirit to help you.
4. Mary will guide you and form you into a disciple of Jesus, her son.
5. In St. Monica’s Guild you will find a home and your place and your purpose in life.

God gave me one mind to know his truth.
God gave me two eyes to see what is right.
God gave me two ears to hear what is true.
God gave me one life to live in the Light.
God gave me one heart and keeps me consoled.
God gave me ten fingers to pray for lost souls.
God gave me two feet to carry his good news.
That’s why I am speaking now with you.
God gave me one tongue to sing his high praises.
God gave me two arms that now I am raising.
God gave me two hands to help my fellowman.
God gave me one Savior to take me to his promised land.
It is easy to become a member of St. Monica’s Guild. Just register, and then send us your names you would like to enroll on the Wall of Remembrance. All of the members pray for each person enrolled on the wall each and every day. Everyone begins as a “Friend” of the guild. This gives each person an opportunity to become acquainted with the guild to see if it is a good match and the right fit beforeS going forward. All of the benefits of the guild are available to Friends of the guild. These include the enrollment of loved ones on the Wall of Remembrance where the loved ones will receive daily intercessory prayer from all the members of the guild. All of the training meetings and evangelistic meetings as well as the Disciple Group meetings are available to the Friends of the guild. All meetings are online.
After 30 days, one can decide whether to become an “adjunct” member of the guild, or whether to become a Consecrated member of the guild. Adjunct members are not expected to commit to participate in any of the meetings, and are not expected to financially support the guild, though all donations are welcome at any time if one so chooses to make a donation. All donations at any time are tax deductible as the guild is organized as a Texas not for profit organization. Donations are used to support the guild with its expenses of administration and marketing. Adjunct members are not committed to attend meetings, but are still welcome to attend any meetings if they so choose.
Conversely, if after 30 days of membership as a Friend, one chooses to become a Consecrated member of the guild, there is a path to the membership. Children, male and female, ages 5-11 are named “Fatima’s Fearless,” and are expected to pray at least one Rosary each day, usually led by a parent or an older sibling. Young adults, male and female, ages 12-19 are organized together as “St. Carlo’s Companions” and are expected to pray at least two Rosaries per day. The suggested membership donations for young adults is $4.00 per person per month. Women aged 20 and up are together as “Women of St. Monica,” and men aged 20 and up are organized as “St. Joseph’s Warriors.” Suggested donations for the 20 and up groups are $14.00 per month for the Journey Person, and $19.00 per month for the “Master” level. Each member can choose the level they wish to commit to. Journey Persons are expected to pray at least three Rosaries each day and Masters are expected to pray four rosaries each day. All consecrated members of the guild are expected to use the opportunity to donate as part of their servide to the mission of the guild.
The benefits of membership in the guild are as follows. Loved ones of the members can be rnrolled on the Wall of Remembrance and then each day every member of the guild prays for all those persons every day. Disciple groups are available for all members and provide valuable support and accountability to each member. Training meetings that cover subjects such as prayer, evangelization, physical healing, spiritual warfare, personal piety, and many other subjects are available to all members in the training meetings which normally scheduled every first and third Thursday evenings. Evangelistic meetings occur every second and fourth Thursday evenings. All meetings are virtual and are conducted online with no commuting necessary. Occasionally discounts are available to members from time to time. Business cards suitable for inviting strangers and friends to the meetings are also available, and can be printed at a low cost. Membership in the guild is one of the best ways to strengthen one’s own faith and provide a mission that every member can participate in. “While there is not required donation requested by St Monica’s Guild, nonetheless the Guild does has its own required oset of expenses to opearate and we do have a Suggested List of Donations, all of which are tax free since St. Monica’s Guild is organized as a not for profit corporation. All donations will be tax deductible by those members who donate to the Guild.”
That is a great question, and you might even reply with, “Shouldn’t the gospel always be free of Charge?”
We agree with that position, and we do offer the good news of Jesus free of charge multiple times every day of the week, through personal witnessing by members, by online webinars, and through our twice monthly open public online meetings. Yes! The gospel should always be free of charge.
Nonetheless, every ministry has a certain amount of overhead and expenses that must be met to keep the ministry going and expanding. Surely you recognize that. Even the ministry of Jesus himself was supported by Susannah and other women of his time. Additionally, the apostle Paul often spoke of donations to local churches in need as he wrote in his many letters. Let us also recall the words of Jesus himself, “Give and it shall be given unto you.” (LK. 6:38)
Rather, than simply depend upon unscheduled random contributions by by motivaed benefactors and other, we have chosen to simply offered the opportunity of giving to those who are involved and benefiting from the Guild itself. This seems simpler and more direct. So, St. Monica’s Guld is organizwed as a membership subscription organization and is established as an IRS 501-C-3 organization with final approval coming soon. We never ask more than one dollar per day. The highest tuition is the Master level which is $29 per month (less than a dollar a day). The Journeyman membership is $19 per month, and the Apprentice memvership is only $9 per month. $5 per month is the suggested donation for Friends of the Guild. We also offer a 30 day trial period for everyone to determine if the Guild is the right choice for them. Moreover, it has been shown that when things are free of charge that they are often viewed as not having much or any value. If people invest in something, then they usually consider it as having value.
Not only does the Guild suggest tuition donations as regular monthly donations on a recurring basis; the Guild also makes it possible for anyone to “earn” their membership by simply referring 3 others who become members. Moreover, the earn your tuition membership ((refer three and it’s FREE) is not the only way a person can become a member of the Guild. We also offer scholarship memberships in the Guild as well. Here we simply ask the scholarship candidate to write a letter to us explaining (1) why theyu want to become a member of the Guild, (2) Explain their financial situation and why they cannot affored the tuition for membership and or why they cannot refer any other members to the guild. Our approval for scholarships takes a very gererous attitude toward all who apply.
We hope this explains why we ask for tuition. We think the content, the teaching, the Disciple Group support, the opportunity for intercession for loved ones, and more is certainly worth at least a dollar a day. How much would you be willing to pay to see one of your own loved ones in heaven who might not otherwise be there? That is a priceless situation. God bless you, and we thank you for all of your support including not only your financial support but especially your prayer support. One soul is worth more than the entire world. Together, let’s save lots of souls!

You know, when we look around the world in which we live, it’s pretty clear that something is just wrong with things as they are. We see it on every level, whether personal with addictions, and broken relationships where individuals experience pain and suffering, depression, loneliness and so many other personal problems too many to mention. We can also see thedifficulties on even the international level as well. Nations waring against nations. All this adds up to the conclusion that something is just wrong. Was it always like this. What is the point and where is the solution?
Well, the answer is no, it was not always like this, and this was never the way that ife was supposed to be. It’s not that difficult to see that there was a Creator behind the universe. Everything did not just suddenly come into being all by itself with order in the stars, order in nature, and even down to the atomic level, we can see the evidence that there was a supreme and power intelligence behind everything that exist. So what happened to mankind and how did things become so screwed up? The answer eoms froma three letter word, which I call an anacronym. It is SIN. Separation Is Negative. The creator, often called GOD, or as I say the Great Overall Divine, created everything to be good, wonderful, beautiful, and able to exist in perfect harmony forever and ever. Originally, there was no sickness, no death, no pain, o hard toil for food and substance, and not even any pain in childbirth. It truly was like living in paradise on earth. The problem did not arise just with mankind. The problem existed in heaven even before mankind was created. One of the heavenly beings who was very powerful, decided to separate himself from God. His name was Lucifer, and he was full of proud. He is called the Deceiver, the Father of Lies, the Thief, and the author of death.
God, the Great Overall Divine, is the master supreme Being who rules and controls everything. He is described as love itself. It is the kind of love that pcares for others even more than it cares for itself. The ancient Greeks called this kind of love Agape. It is a kind of servant love, that prefers to give rather than to take. It truly is wonderful and full of bliss and eternal joy.
Mankind was placed by God in a wonderful garden of paradise. Mankind was instructed to tend this garden and eat of any of its many fruit trees, all except one which was the tree of the knowledge of Good and Evil. As it turns out, Lucifer, now called Satan was there and he tempted the first humans, known as Adam and Eve, to vilate the law that God had established about what to eat and what not to eat. We all have free will to make choices in life. We are not decisionles robots. If we were not able to choose, we would be simply like robots controlled by someone or something else. We do have free will, and it is vey important how we use it or do not use it. Adam and Eve choose to separate themselves from God by violating the rule he had established. God is life and God is love. To be separtedf rom life and love, is to bejoined to death. Separateion Is Negative. Adam and Eve sinned, and what we experience on th earth now is the result of the freely chosen sin that Adam and Eve shoose and acted upon.
HOWEVER, because God is love, he did not leave the human race alone to struggle in this God forsaken world in which we live. No, God sent us a Savior, someone who was powerful enough to undo the SIN and restore us to the life that God had intended for us in the beginning. This Savior needed to be a perfect being, so there could be a perfect sacrifice to pay for the debt of SIN that everyone since the beginning of time has been guilty of. That Savior was Jesus of Nazareth who came and showed he had power over all of nature by performing miracles and healing people and even raising people from the dead. But is all of humanity was infected with the original disease of SIN,, how did Jesus come to the earth. God in his own wisdom and power prefared a young woman, actually a teenager who would be conceived free of th curse of sin. That women was Mary of Nazareth. Mary Conceived Jesus by the power of the Holy Spirit, and Jesus was born a perfect human being. As a perfect hman being Jesus could nake the perfect sacrifice by willingly laying down his life in [place of all of us. The penalty for sin is death. Jesus paid that penalty for all of humanity, past present and future. Jesus historically demonstrated that he was free of the curse of death by rising from the dead after three days in the tomb. Over 500 peole saw Jesus as eye witnesses after he rose from the dead. Eventually, Jesus returned to heaven with God. But to carry on the work of restoration, Jesus left behind 12 men whom he had trained and anointed to take his message of restoration to all the human race. To help these men, Jesus sent down his own Holy Spirit to live in these men and guide them in their mission. Jesus continues to send his Spirit to everyone who accepts his offer of salvation. Everyone can be “born again” and receive a brand new spiritual life that is able to live free from sin. The group of Jesus’ followers are named after him. They are called Christians. The group that Jesus left behind is called the Catholicx Church. The special anointing that Jesus gave to his original 12 followers and has been passed on to the Bishops of the Catholic Church. Any one can freely choose now to accept the restoration that Jesus freely gives. All any one needs to do is just be willing to exchange their broken cursed current life in exchange for the new spiritual life that Jesus offers to all free of charge. Hearing about this is enough for someone to ask for it. Jesus does not require that we do anything other than to hear about it and desire it. Then we just ask for it and we receive it. The catch is that we have to change our way of living so that we can keep this new life. That takes time, mentorship, and effort on or part. One of the best additional gifts that Jesus has given to all of us is the gift of his Mother. The love of a mother is very special and very meaningful. Mary of Nazareth is now the Queen of all of heaven and earth ane she has royal heavenly authouity and power to help us become molded by her to be a disciple of Jesus, just as Jesus was molded in her womb for nine months before he was born. The Rosay prayer is one of the best ways to engage with Mary and allow her to mold us over time. Also we need to read the Bible, and relate with other Christians and partidipate in the seven sacraments that Jesus gave us in the Catholic Church. Baptism, Confirmation, Eucharist, Confession, Marriage, Hly Orders, and Lst Rights meke up these special actions where we can receive special grace to grow in our spiritual lives. In particular Confession allows us to start over afresh after we mwke misrakes. WE don’t have to carry our mistakes with us forever. Eucharist is where Jesus gives us his very own body, blood , soul and divinity as spiritual food to feed us for our journey through life. All the while, Jesus is in heaven preparing a place for us to live in paradise after our life on earth is finished. It is an honor and a delight to serve Jesus as Lord and Master to help hims spread his kingdom on earth now.
Now, if you are not so sure about what I am telling you, then I have a recommendation for you. The words that I have shared with you have an almost uncanny to create belief in them because they are true. However, here is an exercise to help you. I suggest that you give these wordsw a test try, sort of like a test drive for a vehicle before you buy it. Fair enough? I suggest you decide to consider and treat these words as true for a period of three weeks. Just assume they are true. You can evenb speak with God about these words in private conversation. That is what is called prayer. You can even tell Jesus that you want to know him and that you want to receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. After three weeks, then you can decide if you want to continue or not. The choice is completely yours. If you decide not to continue then you have not put anything at risk. If you decide to continue then find a Catholic church and go and ask them when the next OCIA or RCIA class will begin. It is free and you can enroll and there you wil get much more information and more detail. I wish you all the best, and may God bless you.
